Below are karate-do lessons in the Shotokan style for any beginning student to follow. These were made at the beginning of the pandemic in Spring 2020 for everyone to have the ability to stay mentally and physically active. If you have prior experience feel free to binge watch, but be mindful of details especially if you studied a different style of martial arts. Everyone should continue practicing beyond the lesson's conclusion for additional repetitions, or pause the lesson and get repetitions before moving on to the next exercise. Learn technique in this order: 1) Correct Form, then 2) Speed with correct form, add 3) Power. Remember the basic pillars of practice throughout your training should be:
a strong positive attitude, exceptional posture, relaxed breathing with full inhale and exhale, stable stance while learning techniques minding the 1,2,3 listed above. Good luck an have serious fun.
