Our dojo also offers Martial Fitness classes each week utilizing these highly effective punching/kicking/striking/blocking techniques along with personal training methods for sculpting your body and increasing your aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Known primarily as "kickboxing" classes, we go deeper than hitting a bag for fun. We train with our guard up physically and psychologically and improve on our fitness, self-defense, and confidence.
Kettle bells, dumbbells, and resistance tubing accompanied by good, fun, familiar tunes are all part of our workout. But uniforms and belts are NOT!! Membership for these classes is done "by the class," just pick your package of 6, 10, or 15 classes and use them within 3, 4, or 6 months respectively. Your first class is free so stop in 15 minutes before class dressed comfortably with clean sneakers for a good sweat.
