GROUND FIGHTING? SOME. You learn devastating blocks/strikes/kicks and optimal positioning from opponents, but you learn to sweep, fall, and defend from the ground KIDS TEACHING KIDS? NO. Advanced teens only assist and inspire younger students FAMILIES TRAIN TOGETHER? YES, we offer combined classes and family discounts DOES THE INSTRUCTOR STILL PRACTICE? This is meant for interested people to get a sense of what is out there. As a consumer you should know who is teaching you or your children and what the financial expectations are. Rarely do other establishments print their fees, and rarely do you know much about the instructors professional and personal background. These are 3 of the most important questions you want answered. We feel that you not only get the best martial art instruction in New London County, but that the price is hard to beat. You don't have to pay more to get more. And we're only 10-15 minutes from Norwich, Waterford and New London.
